The Austin Healey 3000 has endeared itself to enthusiasts the world over, not least for those who remember the sight and sound of this muscular British sports car roaring to success in international rallying. A development of the Austin Healey 100-6, the 3000 was launched in March 1959. The 2912cc engine when mated to the four speed gearbox made the car capable of 110mph and a 0-60 time of 11.4 seconds, facts and figures that brought the 3000 deserved praise for effortless performance and fine handling.

This lovely rare left hand drive 2 seater example of the Austin Healey 3000 comes with red paintwork and matching red leather interior trim. It is offered in good condition having been stored in dry conditions for many years and recommissioned only in January of this year. The interior is original with only the carpets having been renewed recently.

These models are highly sought after and represent all that is great about British sports cars, especially in the summer months when open top motoring can be enjoyed to the full.

Not to be missed!
