Origianl colours of Pearl Grey with Red Leather and Black roof. Original numbers, Engine V5036-8, Body F16179 and Gearbox M4911J.
This car does not have a matching numbers engine but it is a correct XK unit. The body work is not tragic like many of these projects but the underside needs considerable work.
With new chassis costing £2500.00, maybe the way to approch this would be to build it direct onto a new chassis.
A great and sensibly priced project for JDC members who are not hung up on matching numbers. The price very much reflects this and is well below market value for a project of this kind.
