Fantastic original one owner BJ8 30K miles from new with excellent history and documentation.

A rather unique and very desirable Healey comes with the original Bill of Sale from Navy Auto Sales and original receipt from the Healey motor company. The car was purchased whilst serving with the US Navy in Europe, included with the sale is the USA import document which also lists all the goodies from Europe which were packed in the car.

The document makes interesting reading. The car was purchased 12th August 1964 and entered the USA 14th October 1964. HBJ8L is still in original paint having just been touched up over the years, it comes with its original luggage rack and original spare set of wheels with period correct Michelin tyres.

The tonneau cover supplied with the car has never been opened. There is substantial further documentation to arrive with the car. $7000 was recently spent re commissioning the car by the owners nephew.

The original owner was Paul J Ruby who was a junior Lieutenant serving on the USS Topeka (CLG8) during which time he made this purchase. There are very few cars left of this status.
